Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION SUSPENDING NO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON KILLARNEY DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council has met at a duly called and scheduled regular
meeting with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested
persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that certain no parking
restrictions affecting portions of Killarney Drive be temporarily waived and
suspended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden
Valley, that the no parking regulations in effect on Killarney Drive on the date
hereof be and they are hereby waived and suspended on the dates of May 23, 1987
and May 24, 1987, as to that portion of Killarney Drive lying between its
intersection with Ottawa Avenue on the South and its intersection with the
Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad trackage on the North.

Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
