Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GOLDEN VALLEY, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ADOPTING THE 1988 BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 412.701 and
412.711, the City Manager has prepared the estimates for the annual budget of
the General Fund for the year 1988 and has presented such estimates to the
Council for their consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed such estimates and made certain
revisions thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the appropriations for the General Fund
Divisions for the calendar year 1988 shall be:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
