87-109 - 10-20 Suspend No Parking Restrictions on Kelly DriveResolution 87-109 October 20, 1987 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION SUSPENDING NO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON KELLY DRIVE WHEREAS, the City Council has met at a duly called and scheduled regular meeting with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that certain no parking restrictions affecting portions of Kelly Drive be temporarily waived and suspended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that the no parking regulations in effect on Kelly Drive on the date hereof be and they are hereby waived and suspended on October 21, 1987, as to that portion of the east side of Kelly Drive, from Olympia Street to Duluth Street, between 4:30 P.H. and 7:30 P.M. 1&' " '( �-?a,4,t i , 4 e" / ary E erson, Mayor ATTEST: J d Nal, y, DeputyjCity Clerk i.� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy City Clerk.
