Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - LAZNIARZ ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be
known as Lazniarz Addition, covering the following described tracts of land:
That part of Lot 65, Auditor's Subdivision Number 322, Hennepin County,
Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of
said Lot 65 distant 170 feet North from the Southwest corner thereof;
thence South along said West line to said Southwest corner thereof; thence
East along the Southerly line thereof a distance of 100 feet; thence
Northerly parallel with said West line 80 feet; thence Northwesterly a
distance of 135.82 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
That part of Lots 65 and 66, Auditor's Subdivision Number 322, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 65 distant 100 feet East
from the Southwest corner thereof; thence North parallel with the West line
thereof 80 feet; thence Northwesterly to a point in the West line of said
Lot 65 distant 170 feet North from the Southwest corner thereof; thence
North along said West line 55 feet; thence East to a point in the East line
of said Lot 66 distant 225 feet North from the Southeast corner thereof;
thence South to a point in the East line of said Lot 66 distant 130.02 feet
North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 66; thence Southwesterly a
distance of 131.17 feet, more or less, to a point in the South line of said
Lot 66 a distance of 20.00 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof;
thence Westerly to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved,
and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to
sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper
in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
