RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GENERAL WAGES AND SALARIES
FOR 1988 FOR ALL NON-UNION PERSONNEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that it
hereby adopts the following general wages and salaries schedule, for all
non-union personnel for the year 1988, said schedule to commence for work
performed by the personnel named herein effective as of January l, 1988.

Chief $8,480 per year/plus calls
Assistant Chief $4,240 per year/plus calls
Captain $8.00 per call/hour
Firefighter $7.50 per call/hour
TEMPORARY PART-TIME AND SEASONAL
Minimum wages - effective 1-1-88: Below 18: $3.20/hour 18+: $3.55/hour
Maximum wages - effective 1-1-88: $9.00/hour
And, be it further resolved that:
l. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all non-management employees
for health and life insurance will be $175.00 per month effective January 1,
1988.
2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all management employees
for health and life insurance will be $202.00 per month effective January 1,
1988.

e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
