088-026 - 04-19 Amendment to Comp Plan Map for Property at 1700, 1710, 1724, 1750 Douglas Dr Resolution 88-26 April 19, 1988 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN P1AP RESPECTING PROPERTY AT 1700, 1710, 1724 and 1750 DOUGLAS DRIVE WHEREAS, the City council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that the Co�prehensive Land Use Plan Map as heretofore adopted and enacted by the City of Golden Valley be amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11.90, Subd. 7 of the City Code for the City of Golden Valley the Comprehensive Land Use Plan P4ap for the City of Golden Valley is hereby amended by changing 1700,1710 1724 and 1750 Douglas Drive from Business and Professional Offices to Industrial Zoning District the official land use designation for the property located at and legally described as follows: 1700, 1710, 1724 and 1750 Dou las Drive - Commencing at a point in the West line Lot 2, Section 3, owns ip , ange 21, a distance of 574.60 feet North from the centerline of 6th Avenue North; thence East 143.00 feet parallel with the centerline of 6th Avenue North; thence South a distance of 574.60 feet to said centerline of 6th Avenue North; thence West 143.00 feet along said centerline of 6th Avenue North to the West line of Government Lot 2; thence North to the point of beginning, except road. �. � ��2�7(s� Mary E.
