088-040 - 05-17 Ordering Construction of Public Improvements 88 SI 7 Resolution 88-40 P�ay 17 , 1988 P�ember Thompson introduced the following resolution and rioved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTIOPd OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEh1ENTS 88 SI 7 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follo�rs : 1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 PP�, at the address of 7800 Golden Vall�y Road in the City of Golden Valley, h1innesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by lav�, this Council has consult ed the view of all persons interested, and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby deterriine to pr�ceed with the construction of certain proposed public improvements for the said City, in accordance with the description of said improver�ents contained in said notice, except as follows: none. 2. It is hereby found and deterriined that said public improvements are feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvements. (The Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvements with other public improvements if it seems advisable to do so. ) 3. The cost of said improvements shal 1 be paid i n part out of speci al assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. The City Engi neer is hereby designat�d as engi neer for tl�e construction of said proposed public improvements, and is hereby authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvements and submit the same to the City Council for approval at the earliest possible date. /`�� � ? ��-°�'�''�j Mary E.
