088-044 - 06-14 Ordering Construction of Public Improvements 88 SI 8 Resolution 88-44 June 14, 1988 h1ember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: �ESOLUTIOt�� ORDEftING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IP�1PROVEMENTS 88 SI 8 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Plinnesota, as follovas : l. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 Pf1, at the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the City of Golden Valley, hlinnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the view of all persons interested, and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public improver�ents for the said Gity, in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice, except as follows: none. 2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are feasi�le and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvements. (The Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvements with other public improvements if it seer�s advisable to do so. ) 3. The cost of said improvements shal 1 be paid i n part out of speci al assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4.
