088-047 - 06-14 Acceptance of Plat-GV Civic Center Resolution 88-47 June 14, 1988 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - GOLDEN VALLEY CIVIC CENTER WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Golden Valley Civic Center, covering the following described tract of land: Lot 6, OLSEN MANOR, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County, together with that part of Maren Lane as dedicated in said OLSEN MANOR lying westerly of the southerly extension of the easterly line of said Lot 6. Together with Maren Lane and Wisconsin Avenue as dedicated in GOLDEN VALLEY STATE BANK ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County. That part of the East 150.00 feet of the West 555.00 fePt of the South 216.40 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 21 which lies northerly of Golden Valley Road as shown on County Commissioners Proceedings dated April 27, 1925. Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, GOLDEN VALLEY STATE BANK ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and far said County. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. ., ��jf/� i/N✓�� � ��� � y( /.��� Mary E.
