AND OPERATIOfd OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGPdAL ON C.S.A.H.
66, TRUP�K HIGHWAY 100/TRUNK HIGHWAY 169
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Golden Valley enter into an agreer�ent with
Hennepin County, for the following purposes, to-wit:
To install a new traffic control signal with a street light and interconnect
on County State Aid Highway No. 66 (Duluth Street) at the Trunk Nighway No.
100/Trunk Nighway No. 169 West Frontage Road; remove the existing traffic
control signals and install new traffic control signals with street lights
and interconnect on Trunk I�ighway �do. 100/Trunk Hi�hway PJo. 169 East and
West Ramps at County State Aid Highv�ay P�o. 66 (Duluth Street) in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No.
PW #35-13-�8, a copy of which was before the Council .
BE IT FURTHFR RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are
authorized to execute such agreeme nt, and thereby assume for and on behalf of
the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.

Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, �Johnson, Stockman and Thor�pson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the t�1ayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
