088-050 - 06-14 Agreement for Signal on CSAH 66, Hwy100/Hwy169 Resolution �8-50 June 14, 1988 P-1ember Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ENTERING IPdTO AN AGREEMErdT WITH HENNEPIN COUPJTY APlD ��nDOT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INSTALLATIOPd AND OPERATIOfd OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGPdAL ON C.S.A.H. 66, TRUP�K HIGHWAY 100/TRUNK HIGHWAY 169 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Golden Valley enter into an agreer�ent with Hennepin County, for the following purposes, to-wit: To install a new traffic control signal with a street light and interconnect on County State Aid Highway No. 66 (Duluth Street) at the Trunk Nighway No. 100/Trunk Nighway No. 169 West Frontage Road; remove the existing traffic control signals and install new traffic control signals with street lights and interconnect on Trunk I�ighway �do. 100/Trunk Hi�hway PJo. 169 East and West Ramps at County State Aid Highv�ay P�o. 66 (Duluth Street) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. PW #35-13-�8, a copy of which was before the Council .
