Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEP�ENTS
RSL 174
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 PP�1, at the address of
7800 Golden Valley Road in the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after notice of
said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consult ed the
vi ew of al l persons interested, and, bei ng ful ly advi sed of the perti nent facts,
does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed
public improvements for the said City, in accordance with the description of
said improvements contained in said notice, except as follows: none.
2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are
feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in
connection with some other improvements. (The Council reserves the right to
consolidate said improvements with other public improvements if it seems
advisable to do so. )
3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid in part out of special
assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
4. Northern States Power Company is hereby designated to construct said
proposed public improvements.

e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the t1ayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
