RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GENERAL WAGES AND SALARIES
FOR 1989 FOR ALL NON-UNION PERSOPdNEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that it
hereby adopts the following general wages and salaries schedule, for all
non-union personnel for the year 1989, said schedule to commence for work
performed by the personnel named herein effective as of January 1, 1989.

Minimum wages - effective 1-1-89: Below 18: $3.29/hour 18+: $3.65/hour
P�laximum wages - effective 1-1-89: $9.00/hour
And, be it further resolved that:
1. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all non-management employees
for health and life insurance will be $220.00 per month effective January 1,
1989.
2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all management employees
for health and life insurance will be $248.00 per month effective January 1 ,
1989.
3. All Permanent Part-Time employees receive pro-rated fringe benefits effective
January 1, 1989.

he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by P�ember
Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
