89-024 - 03-21 Accept Plat Registered Land Survey #___Resolution 89-24 March 21, 1989 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - REGISTERED LAND SURVEY # WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed plat to be known as Registered Land Survey # , covering the following described tract of land: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 19, Township 29, Range 24 described as beginning at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 487.29 feet West from the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence West along said South line a distance of 387 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 650 feet; thence East parallel with said South line a distance of 120 feet; thence South parallel with said East line a distance of 457 feet; thence East parallel with said South line a distance of 267 feet; thence South parallel with said East line a distance of 193 feet to the point of beginning, according to the Government Survey thereof. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. A erson, Mayor foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy City Clerk.
