89-025 - 03-21 Accept Plat PSI 1st Addition PUD No. 55Resolution 89-25 March 21, 1989 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - PSI 1ST ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 55 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed Planned Unit Development Number 55 and a plat made a part thereof to be known as PSI 1st Addition, covering the following described tract of land: The South 205 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 29, Township 118, Range 21, lying West of the East 704 feet thereof and East of the West 33 feet thereof, except that part thereof lying South and East of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 118, Range 21; said point being 35 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence Easterly parallel to the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 547 feet; thence deflect to the left 45 degrees distant 21.21 feet; thence Northerly on a line parallel with and 734.0 feet Westerly from the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 155 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of the above described property and there terminating. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
