89-029 - 05-02 Accept Plat Golden Valley Civic Center PUD No. 45Resolution 89-29 May 2, 1989 Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - GOLDEN VALLEY CIVIC CENTER P.U.D. The registered portion of the above property is described as Lot 43 and the North 100.00 feet, front and rear, of Lot 38, all in "Auditor's Subdivision No. 360, Hennepin County, Minnesota", according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
