RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - GOLDEN VALLEY CIVIC CENTER P.U.D. NO. 56
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned Unit
Development Number 56 and a plat made a part thereof to be known as Golden Valley
Civic Center, covering the following described tracts of land:
All of Lots 40, 41, 43, and part of Lots 1, 31, 32, 33, and 38 of Auditor's
Subidivision No. 360 on file and of record in the office of the Hennepin County
Recorder and also all of Lot 1, Block 1, Valley Square Addition on file and of
record in the office of the Hennepin County Recorder and also part of the North
half of Section 32, Township 118, Range 21, all of which lies within the
following described tract:

of 122.62 feet to the point of beginning.
The registered portion of the above property is described as Lot 43 and the
North 100.00 feet, front and rear, of Lot 38, all in "Auditor's Subdivision No.
360, Hennepin County, Minnesota", according to the plat thereof on file or of
record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and
approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and
instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things
necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
