Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - MEADOW LANE MANOR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed minor
subdivision to be known as Meadow Lane Manor, covering the following described
tracts of land:
That part of Lot B, "MASSOLT GARDENS", and the east 25 feet of the vacated Anna
Avenue dedicated in said plat, lying southerly and easterly of Tracts L and K,
Registered Land Survey No. 152, Files of the Registrar of Titles and northerly
of the northerly line of the southerly 85 feet and its westerly extension
thereof, of said Lot B.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the proposed minor subdivision including
a sketch thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that the proposed plat is approved hereby and the proper officers of the
City are authorized hereby to sign the original plat and to do all other things
necessary and proper in the premises.

foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
