89-078 - 12-19 Establish Wages and Salaries Non-Union PersonnelResolution 89-78 December 19, 1989 Member Bakken introduced the following adoption and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GENERAL WAGES AND SALARIES FOR 1990 FOR ALL NON-UNION PERSONNEL BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that it hereby adopts the following general wages and salaries schedule, for all non-union personnel for the year 1990, said schedule to commence for work performed by the personnel named herein effective as of January 1, 1990. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all non -management employees for health insurance will be $238.00 per month effective January 1, 1990. The City will also pay the full cost of group life and group disability for these employees. 2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all management employees for health insurance will be $266.00 per month effective January 1, 1990. The City will also pay the full cost of group life and group disability insurance for these employees.
