90-06 - 02-06 Establish Fees as Provided in the City Codet • C7 Resolution 90-6 February 6, 1990 Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City Code provides for fees to be established for permits, licensee goods and services as provided for therein; and WHEREAS, fees were last set in Resolution 88-62, adopted June 21, 1988, and now need to be revised; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that the fees as set forth in Exhibit A, "City of Golden Valley Fees" are hereby established effective February 6, 1990.
