90-31 - 05-01 Accept Plat North Wirth Park 3rd AdditionResolution 90-31 May 1, 1990 is Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - NORTH WIRTH PARK 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as North Wirth Parkway 3rd Addition, covering the following described tracts of land: Lots 164, 165 and 166, "GLENWOOD", according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota; and That part of vacated Meadow Lane North (dedicated as Ethel Ave.) which lies West of the center line thereof and between the Easterly extensions of the North line of Lot 164 and the South line of Lot 166, GLENWOOD; and That part of the vacated alley which lies between the Westerly extensions of the North line of Lot 164 and the South line of Lot 166, GLENWOOD; and East of the center line thereof.
