90-34 - 05-15 Amend Comp Plan Land Use 6155 St. Croix AvenueResolution 90-34 May 15, 1990 Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: • RESOLUTION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP RESPECTING PROPERTY AT 6155 ST. CROIX AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter thereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the 'public that the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map as heretofore adopted and enacted by the City of Golden Valley be amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11.90, Subd. 7 of the City Code for the City of Golden Valley the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map for the City of Golden Valley is hereby amended by changing the official land use description of 6155 St. Croix Drive from High Density Residential to Business and Professional Offices and the property legally described as follows: Addition unplatted 28-118-21. Commencing at a point in the South line of the Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter distance 287 9/10 feet East from the South- west corner thence Northerly 90 degrees 20 minutes to the left a distance of 452 1/2 feet to the actual point of beginning thence continued along said line 196 6/10 feet to southwesterly line of Medicine Lake Road (now called St. Croix Avenue) thence North- westerly 144 3/10 feet along said road line thence South 229 7/10 • feet parallel with first described line of tract thence South- easterly 120 4/10 feet to the point of beginning. 0 All in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
