90-68 - 11-13 Accept Plat, Meridan First Addition PUD No. 48Resolution 90-68 November 13, 1990 0 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: lJ • RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - MERIDIAN FIRST ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 48 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned Unit Development Number 48 and a plat made a part thereof to be known as Meridian First Addition, covering the following described tract of land: The East 140 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, as measured at a right angle to the east line of said Lot 3 and its northerly extension, MILLER'S MEADOW, according to the recorded plat thereof. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
