90-78 - 12-18 Establish General Wages and Salaries Non-Union PersonnelResolution 90-78 December 18, 1990 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GENERAL WAGES AND SALARIES FOR 1991 FOR ALL NON-UNION PERSONNEL BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that it hereby adopts the following general wages and salaries schedule, for all non- union personnel for the year 1991, said schedule to commence for work performed by the personnel named herein effective as of December 31, 1990. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all non -management employees for health insurance will be $255.00 per month effective January 1, 1990. The City will also pay the full cost of group life and group disability insurance for these employees. 2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all management employees for health insurance will be $283.00 per month effective January 1, 1990. The City will also pay the full cost of group life and group disability insurance for these employees.
