91-041 - 04-16 Amend Land Use Plan North Wirth Parkway 3rd AdditionResolution 91-41 April 16, 1991 • Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP RESPECTING PROPERTY PART OF OUTLOT F, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map as heretofore adopted and enacted by the City of Golden Valley be amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11.90, Subd. 7 of the City Code for the City of Golden Valley the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map for the City of Golden Valley is hereby amended by changing from Business and Profes- sional Office to Industrial Zoning District the official land use designation for the property located at and legally described as follows: 0 ATTEST: 0 Part of Outlot F, North Wirth Parkway 3rd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota Shirley Nelson, City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Russell, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bakken, Johnson, Russell, Stockman and Thompson; and the following voted against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
