Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MSA FUNDS AT MEDICINE LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of
Golden Valley to participate in the cost of a construction project located on
C.S.A.H. No. 70 within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the
Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his records as S.A.P. No.
128-020-08.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby appropriate from our
Municipal State -Aide Street Funds the sum of $42,000 to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the Commissioner of Transportation to
approve this authorization.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Bakken, Johnson, Russell, Stockman and Thompson, and the following
voted against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
