91-073 - 08-06 Approve Plat Pace AdditionResolution 91-73 August 6, 1991 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - PACE ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valle ys ant notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposeduMinoro due Subdivision to be known as Pace Addition, covering the following described tracts of land: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 118, Range 21, described as commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence East along the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 287.90 feet; thence Northerly, deflecting to the left 90 degrees 20 minutes, a distance of 319.63 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence Northerly along the extension of the last described line a distance of 132.87 feet; thence Northwesterly 120.4 feet along a line extending to a point 33 feet East of and measured at a right angle from a point in the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter distant 712.94 feet South from the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North parallel with said West line to the intersection with a line drawn at right angle to the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter from a point thereon distant 762.95 feet south from the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence West along the last described right angle line to the intersection with a line 33 feet East of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with, the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South along the last described parallel line a distance of 199.30 feet; thence East at a right angle to the intersection with a line drawn from the point of beginning and extending to a point 33 feet East of and measured at a right angle from a point in the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter distant 817.25 feet South from the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; • WHEREAS, the City Council approved the proposed minor subdivision including a sketch thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that the proposed plat is approved hereby and the proper officers of the City are authorized hereby to sign the original plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
