91-103 - 12-10 Establish Wages Salaries Non-Union PersonnelResolution 91-103 December 10, 1991 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GENERAL WAGES AND SALARIES FOR 1992 FOR ALL NON-UNION PERSONNEL BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that it hereby adopts the following general wages and salaries schedule, for all non- union personnel for the year 1992, said schedule to commence for work performed by the personnel named herein effective as of December 30, 1991. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all non -management employees for health insurance will be $276.00 per month effective January 1, 1992. The City will also pay the full cost of group life and group disability insurance for these employees. 2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all management employees for health insurance will be $304.00 per month effective January 1, 1992. The City will also pay the full cost of group life and group disability insurance for these employees. • ATTEST: Shirley elson, City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bakken, Johnson, Russell, Stockman and Thompson; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk. •
