92-069 - 09-01 Accept Plat PUD No 61 Dahlberg Commerce CenterResolution 92-69 September 1, 1992 Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - PUD NO. 61, DAHLBERG COMMERCE CENTER WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned Unit Development Number 61 and a plat made part thereof to be known as the Dahlberg Commerce Center, covering the following described tracts of land: Lot 2, Block 1, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 4TH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof. Portions of said Lot 2 are registered as evidenced by Certificate of Title No.'s 771477 and 747170 or any successor certificates for land described therein and are described as follows: That part of Lot 2, Block 1, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 4TH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof embraced within the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 29, Range 24. And That part of Lot 2, Block 1, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 4TH ADDITION, lying East of the center line of the vacated alley adjoining Lots 164 to 167 inclusive "Glenwood" and South of the North line of said Lot 164 and its extension to said center line, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. ATTEST: S irley J.6Ncqsoh, City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Johnson; and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bakken, Johnson, Russell, Stockman and Thompson; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
