Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Subdivision to
be known as North Wirth Parkway 4th Addition, covering the following described
tracts of land:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 19, Township
29, Range 24 lying Southeasterly of Outlot A, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION
and Northwesterly of a line described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Outlot C, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY
3RD ADDITION; thence Northerly along the West line of said Outlot C and
its Northerly extension a distance of 139.95 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described:
thence Northeasterly angle left 139 degrees 27 minutes 08 seconds a
distance of 172.92 feet; thence Northeasterly 96.31 feet along a
tangential curve, concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 557.00
feet and a central angle of 9 degrees 54 minutes 23 seconds; thence
Northeasterly, tangent to said curve, a distance of 187.50 feet;
thence Northeasterly 164.52 feet along a tangential curve concave to
the Southeast having a radius of 3,337.00 feet and a central angle of
2 degrees 49 minutes 29 seconds to the East line of said Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and said line there terminating
according to the Government Survey thereof; and lying between the
Southeasterly extensions of those certain boundary lines of said
Outlot A having a bearing of South 38 degrees 18 minutes 18 seconds
East.
Being registered land as is evidenced by Certificate of Title No. 782260
And
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 19, Township
29, Range 24, lying East of the West line of Outlot A, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD
ADDITION and its Southerly extension; lying West of the East line of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 19; lying Northwesterly of the
Northwesterly line of Outlot B, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION (which is the
same line as the Northwesterly line of Tract D, Registered Land Survey No. 266);
and lying Southeasterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Outlot C, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY
3RD ADDITION; thence Northerly along the West line of said Outlot C and
its Northerly extension a distance of 139.95 feet to the point of beginning
of the line to be described:

thereof.
And
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19,
Township 29, Range 24, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies Southeasterly of a
line described as commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 19; thence Northerly along the East line of said
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, a distance of 172.45
feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southwesterly,
deflecting to the left 113 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 414.36
feet to the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and
said line there terminating.
Being registered land as is evidenced by Certificate of Title No. 774419.
And
Outlots B and F, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION, according to the recorded plat
thereof.
Portions of said Outlot B are registered as evidenced by Certificate of Title
No.'s 774419 and 747170 or any successor certificates for land described therein
and are described as follows:
That part of Outlot B, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION, according to the
recorded plat thereof embraced within the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 19, Township 29, Range 24.
And
Par 1: That part of Outlot B, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION,
lying East of the center line of the vacated alley adjoining Lots 255
to 259 inclusive, "Glenwood" and between the North line of said Lot
255 and its Westerly extension to said center line and the South
line of said Lot 259 and its Westerly extension to said center line,
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of
the Registrar of Titles in and for said County.

Par 2: That part of Outlot B, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION,
lying East of the center line of the vacated alley adjoining Lot 261,
"Glenwood" and South of the North line of said Lot 261 and its Westerly
extension to said center line, according to the plat thereof on file
or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said
County.
Par 3: That part of Outlot B, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION,
lying East of the center line of vacated Meadow Lane North, West of
the center line of the vacated alley adjoining Lots 240 and 241,
"Glenwood" and South of the North line of said Lot 241 and its
extensions to said center lines, according to the plat thereof on
file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and
for said County.
Par 4: That part of Outiot B, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 3RD ADDITION,
ying West of the center line of vacated Meadow Lane North, East of
the center line of the vacated alley adjoining Lots 164 to 167
inclusive "Glenwood" and South of the North line of said Lot 164
and its extensions to said center lines, according to the plat
thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of
Titles in and for said County.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the proposed minor subdivision
including a sketch thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and
approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and
instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things
necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson; and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Bakken, Johnson, Russell, Stockman and Thompson; and the following voted
against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
