92-084 - 12-08 Watermain Easement Vacation Dahlberg Commerce Center PUD No 61Resolution 92-84 December 8, 1992 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR WATERMAIN EASEMENT VACATION LOT 1, BLOCK 1, DAHLBERG COMMERCE CENTER P.U.D. NO. 61 WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that a portion of a watermain be vacated; WHEREAS, in the best interest of the public, a perpetual drainage and utility easement, 30 feet in width on the North, and 6 feet in width on the South remain in place at the locations described below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that a portion of a watermain easement described below, which lies within the corporate limits of the City, is hereby vacated with exceptions as descri- bed: Vacation of a perpetual easement for watermain purposes over, under, and across Indiana Avenue North (vacated) between Dahlberg Drive on the South and Soo Line Railroad right-of-way on the North, Lot 1, Block 1, Dahlberg Commerce Center P.U.D. No. 61, with the following exceptions remaining as permanent drainage and utility easements: That portion of property lying northerly of a line running parallel to Soo Line Railroad right-of-way, said line located 30 feet southeasterly of the South right-of-way line of the Soo Line Railroad, and that portion of property lying South of a line running parallel to Dahlberg Drive, said line located 6 feet northwesterly of the North right-of-way line of Dahlberg Drive.
