Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AS PROVIDED IN THE CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City Code provides for fees to be established for permits,
licensee goods and services as provided for therein; and
WHEREAS, fees were last set in Resolution 92-32, adopted April 14, 1992,
and need to be revised in keeping with the 1993 adopted budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that the fees as set forth in Exhibit A, "City of Golden Valley Fees"
are hereby established effective February 17, 1993, and supercede fees previously
established.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Stockman and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Bakken, Johnson, Russell, Thompson and Stockman; and the following

passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City
Clerk.
