93-089 - 11-16 Accept Plat Valley Square 5th AdditionResolution 93-89 November 16, 1993 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - VALLEY SQUARE 5TH ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Valley Square 5th Addition, covering the following described tract of land: Tract B except that part lying westerly of the following described line, to wit: Beginning at a point in the Southwesterly line of said Tract B, distant 141.11 feet Southeasterly, measured along said Southwesterly line, from the South- westerly corner of said Tract B; thence north parallel with the West line of said Tract B, 68 feet; thence Northwesterly deflecting to the left at an angle of 74 degrees a distance of 30 feet; thence north parallel with the West line of Tract B to the North line thereof and there terminating, all in REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 614, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized to sign the original said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premi- ses.
