94-08 - 02-15 Establish Fees as Provided in City CodeResolution 94-8 February 15, 1994 Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AS PROVIDED IN THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City Code provides for fees to be established by resolution for permits, licenses, goods and services as provided therein; and WHEREAS, 1993 fees were set in Resolution 93-18, adopted February 16, 1993; and amended by Resolution 93-57, adopted July 6, 1993; and need to be revised in keeping with the 1994 adopted budget; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that the fees as set forth in Exhibit A, "City of Golden Valley Fees" are hereby established effective February 16, 1994, and supercede fees previously established.
