Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - SIRNY ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Plat to be
known as Sirny Addition, covering the following described tract of land:
Lot 63, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 322, Hennepin County, Minnesota"
except that part thereof lying North of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of the West One-half of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 280 feet North of the
Southeast corner thereof; thence West parallel with the South line of
said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 236.06 feet; thence
deflecting 18 degrees 45 minutes to the right 213.66 feet more or less
to a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 63 and there terminating,
in Section 32, Township 118, Range 21. (The Westerly line of said Lot
63 is the center line of Ridgeway Road as shown on the plat of
Stewart's Ridgeway First Addition, recorded in Book 141 of Plats, page
12, in the office of the County Recorder.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and
approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and
instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things
necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Micks; and upon a vote thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson,
Micks, Russell, Thompson and Tremere; and the following voted against the same:
none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
