Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and �oved its adoption:
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AS PROVIDED IN THE CITY CODE
LJHEREAS, the City Code provides for fees to be established by resolution
for permits, licenses, goods and services as provided therein; and
6JHEREAS, 1994 fees were set in Resolution 94-8, adopted February 15, 1994;
and need to be revised in keeping v�ith the 1995 adopted budget;
NOW, TfiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that the fees as set forth in Exhibit A, "City of Golden Valley Fees"
are hereby established effective February 8, 1995, and supercede fees previously
established.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Johnson; and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Johnson, Micks, Russell , Thompson and Tremere; and the following voted
against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted, signed by the P1ayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
