95-043 - 04-18 - Approval of Plat-JLO Addition PUD No. 66 Resolution 95-43 April 18, 1995
Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - JLO ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 66
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has
heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as JLO Addition
P.U.D. No. 66, covering the following described tracts of land:
Parcel 1: Lot 1, Block 2, Baker's Industrial Park, according to the plat thereof on file or of
record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County.
Parcel 2: All of the following described tract:
That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying West of the East 10 acres thereof
and Southerly of a line drawn from a point in the Westerly line of said Tract, distant 588 feet
Southerly from the Northwest corner thereof as measured along said Westerly line from the
Northwest corner of said Tract to a point on the Easterly line of said Tract, distant 585 feet
Southerly as measured along said Easterly line from the Northeast corner of said Tract
except the Westerly 500 feet front and rear of the above described property, Section 5,
Township 117, Range 21, except that part lying Westerly of a line drawn from a point in the
Southerly line of said property, distant 42.57 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof to a
point in the West line of said property, distant 204.87 feet South of the Northwest corner
thereof.
Parcel 3: That part of the following described property lying Easterly of a line drawn from a
point in the North line of said property, distant 16.5 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof
to a point in the East line of said property, distant 204.87 feet south of the Northeast corner
thereof; the Westerly 500 feet, front and rear of the following described Tract of property to-
wit:
That part of the Southeast 1!4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying West of the East 10 acres thereof,
and Southerly of a line drawn from a point on the Westerly line of said Tract, distant 588 feet
southerly from the Northwest corner thereof, as measured along said Westerly line from the
Northwest corner of said Tract, to a point on the Easterly line of said Tract, distant 585 feet
Southerly, as measured along said Easterly line from the Northeast corner of said Tract,
Section 5, Township 117, range 21.
Parcel 4: Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Baker's Industrial Park, according to the plat thereof on file
or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the
proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said
plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member ,
and upon a vote thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; whereupon said resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by
the City Clerk. �
