95-050 - 05-23 - Approval of Plat GV Auto Mall PUD No. 68 Resolution 95-50 � May 23, 1995 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT GOLDEN VALLEY AUTO MALL P.U.D. NO. 68 WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Golden Valley Auto Mall P.U.D. No. 68, covering the following described tracts of land: Parcel 1 Par 1: That part of Tract Q lying West of a line drawn parallel with and 200 feet Westerly measured at right angles from the East line of said Tract Q and lying Easterly of a line drawn parallel with and 175 feet Easterly measured at right angles from the West line of said Tract, Registered Land Survey No. 648, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. Together with a non-exclusive easement for roadway purposes over, upon and across the south 40 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Golden Plaza 1 st Addition for the benefit of above land and other land as shown in deed Doc. No. 947059, Files of Registrar of Titles. Together with a non- exclusive easement for roadway, driveway, ingress and egress purposes over, upon and across a strip of land 60 feet wide, the South line of which is the South line of said Tract Q, Registered Land Survey No. 648, as shown in deed Doc. No. 962302, Files of Registrar of Titles. Par 2: The North 134.91 feet of the following described Tract: All that part of Tract Q in Registered Land Survey No. 648, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin lying Easterly of a line drawn parallel with the Easterly line of Tract Q and distant 200 feet Westerly therefrom measured at a right angle. Together with a non-exclusive easement for roadway and driveway purposes over and upon Tract L, said Survey and over and upon that part of the Southerly 60 feet of said Tract Q measured at a right angle lying Westerly of the premises as shown in deed Doc. No. 866652, Files of Registrar of Titles. (Certificate No. 797276) Parcel 2 That part of Tract Q lying Westerly of a line drawn parallel with and 175 feet Easterly measured at right angles from the West line of said Tract, Registered Land Survey No. 648, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. Together with a non-exclusive easement for roadway purposes over, upon and across the South 40 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Golden Plaza 1 st Addition for the benefit of above land as shown in deed Doc. No. 947059, Files of Registrar of Titles. (Certificate No. 723568) WHEREAS, all persons present were given the oppo�tunity to be heard; Resolution 95-50 (continued) May 23, 1995 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved with the stipulation that an easement agreement, allowing the City to maintain fire hydrants on the property, is provided in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
