Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON
PORTIONS OF MERRIBEE DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council has the power and authority, pursuant to Chapter 9.06,
Subd. 2 of the City Code, to designate no parking zones and areas, and it appears that no
parking zones should be created on certain portions of Merribee Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden
Valley that no parking shall be permitted anytime on the north side of Merribee Drive,
between Noble Avenue North and Lee Avenue North.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
and the following voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
