96-042 - 02-20 Tax Forfeited Property Sale• • Resolution 96-42 February 20, 1996 Member Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR TAX -FORFEITED PROPERTY SALE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley has received from the County of Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which became !the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of Real Estate Taxes.
