97-002 - 01-07 Establishing Fees as Provided in the City Code Resolution 97-2 January 7, 1997 Member Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption as amended: removal of the following section -Assessing - Street Reconstruction Assessments: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AS PROVIDED IN THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City code provides for fees to be established by resolution for permits, licenses, goods and services as provided therein; and WHEREAS, fees need to be revised in keeping with the 1997 adopted budget; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that the fees as set forth in Exhibit A, "City of Golden Valley Fees" are hereby established effective January 1, 1997, and supercede fees previously established.
