97-045 - 05-20 Amendment to comp Land Use Plan Map for 7155 Madison Ave W Resolution 97-45 May 20, 1997 Member Russell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP RESPECTING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7155 MADISON AVENUE WEST WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map as heretofore adopted and enacted by the City of Golden Valley be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11.90, Subd. 7 of the City Code for the City of Golden Valley, and subject to review and approval by the Metropolitan Council for conformity with regional systems plan as provided in state law, the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map for the City of Golden Valley is hereby amended by changing from Industrial to Semi-Public Facility the official land use designation for the property located at and legally described as follows: Lot 7 and the North 35 Feet of Lot 6, Block 3, Advertising-Creative Center, Hennepin County, Minnesota Mary E. derson, Mayor ATTEST: Shirley J. N n, City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member LeSuer and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Johnson, LeSuer, Micks and Russell; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
