97-072 - 10-07 Approval of Plat-Medley Hills PUD No. 76 Resolution 97-72 October 7, 1997 Member Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - MEDLEY HILLS P.U.D. N0. 76 WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Medley Hills P.U.D. No. 76 covering the following described tracts of land: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter all in Section 30, Township 118, Range 21, City of Golden Valley, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, described as beginning at a point on the north line of said Section 30 distant 1210.03 feet east from the northwest corner of said Section 30; thence easterly along said north line 574.36 feet to the west line of Medley Hills, a plat of record in said Hennepin County; thence southerly along said west line 495.01 feet; thence westerly parallel with said north line of the Northwest Quarter, 574.20 feet to the intersection with a line drawn parallel with the west line of said Northwest Quarter from the point of beginning; thence northerly along said parallel line 495.01 feet to the point of beginning herein containing 6.5259 acres of land area. SAVE and Except The north 33 feet herein for the right of way of Medicine Lake Road (County Road 70). WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
