97-099 - 12-16 Approval of Plat-Hidden Lakes PUD No. 74 Resolution 97-99 December 16, 1997
Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - HIDDEN LAKES P.U.D. NO. 74
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Hidden
Lakes P.U.D. No. 74, covering the following described tracts of land:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Outlots A and B, Block 1
Outlot 1, Zimmerman Terrace
Golden Valley Health Center P.U.D. No. 45
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Russell
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Johnson, LeSuer, Micks and Russell; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
