98-080 - 10-06 Approve Plat Golden Hills West 4th AdditionResolution 98-80 October 6, 1998 Member Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - GOLDEN HILLS WEST 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has hereto fore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Golden Hills West 4th Addition covering the following described tracts of land: All that part of vacated Colorado Circle lying East of Colorado Avenue South, as dedicated in the plat of MERCHANT'S INDUSTRIAL PARK. AND That part of Government Lot 3, Section 4, Township 117, Range 21, described as beginning at a point on the north line of County Road No. 41, 362.00 feet east of the west line of said Section 4; thence north parallel with the west line of said Section 4, a distance of 312.6 feet; thence east parallel with said north line of County Road No. 41, a distance of 100.08 feet to a line 462.00 feet east of and parallel with said west line of Section 4. thence south along the last described parallel line, a distance 312.6 feet to said north line of County Road No. 41; thence west along said north line of County Road No. 41, a distance of 100.08 feet to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
