99-003 - 01-19 - Comp Land Use Plan Map Respecting Property of 800 Turners Crossroad Resolution 99-3 January 19, 1999 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP RESPECTING PROPERTY WITH AN EXISTING ADDRESS OF 800 TURNERS CROSSROAD WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map as heretofore adopted and enacted by the City of Golden Valley be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11.90, Subd. 7 of the City Code for the City of Golden Valley, and subject to review and approval by the Metropolitan Council for conformity with regional systems plan as provided in state law, the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map for the City of Golden Valley is hereby amended by changing from a light industrial use to a business and professional office use as the official land use designation for the property located at and legally described as follows: Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 661, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, Minnesota. EXCEPT that part taken for Highway Purposes per Final Certificate Doc. No. 2193024 ary E nderson, Mayor ATTEST: Shirley J. s- ity Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Micks and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer, and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
