99-004 - 01-19 - Establishing Fees as Provided in the City Code Resolution 99-4 January 19, 1999 Member Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AS PROVIDED IN THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City code provides for fees to be established by resolution for permits, licenses, goods and services as provided therein; and WHEREAS, fees need to be revised in keeping with the 1999 adopted budget; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that the fees as set forth in Exhibit A, "City of Golden Valley Fees" are hereby established effective January 1, 1999, or otherwise noted, and supercede fees previously established.
