99-010 - 02-02 - Street Vacation - Portion of Indiana Avenue North Resolution 99-10 February 2, 1999 Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR STREET VACATION PORTION OF INDIANA AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted public hearing on the vacation of portions of that certain street known as Indiana Avenue North as now dedicated and laid out within the City of Golden Valley; and WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that said portions of that certain public street as described below be, and the same hereby is vacated: The West one-half of Indiana Avenue North from the north right-of-way line of T.H. 55 northerly 597.3 feet to the already vacated 8th Avenue North. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a perpetual drainage and utility easement 30 feet in width be reserved over the entire length of said street vacation. ,, p ,/ , 1 Mary E.
