99-035 - 04-20 - Agreement Hennepin County Conditional Use License to Use Electronic Proprietary Database Resolution 99-35 April 20, 1999 Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USE LICENSE TO USE ELECTRONIC PROPRIETARY DATABASE WHEREAS, the City of Golden Valley desires to make use of the Electronic Proprietary Database (EPDB), a computerized system of mapping and planning for Hennepin County; and WHEREAS, prior to the use of said EPDB by the City and its agents and contractors, a Conditional Use License Agreement, required by Hennepin County, must be executed by the City; and WHEREAS, said Conditional Use License Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney; and WHEREAS, the Agreement allows the City access to the Hennepin County electronic data to be used in GIS functions. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota: 1. The Conditional Use License Agreement for use of the Electronic Proprietary Database (EPDA) is hereby approved. 2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement. arithded Mary E.
