Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION VACATING A DEDICATED ROADWAY
AND A PLATTED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT AT 845 MEADOW LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted public hearing on the vacation of dedicated roadway and a
portion of a drainage and utility easement at 845 Meadow Lane North.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley that said dedicated roadway and easement located in the property legally described
below be vacated:
The southerly 14.00 feet of Lot 354, GLENWOOD, dedicated to the City of Golden
Valley for street and alley purposes by Quit Claim Deed recorded as Document No.
449413, on January 20, 1955 at the Registrar of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
And that part of the 6.00 foot drainage and utility easement as dedicated in the plat
of NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 4T" ADDITION, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, adjoining the south line of Lot 4, Block 1, said
NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 4T" ADDITION, and lying between the northerly
extension of the east line of vacated Sunnyridge Lane (formerly known as Archibald
Avenue) and the easterly line of vacated France Avenue, as dedicated in the plat of
"GLENWOOD", according to the recorded plat thereof.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member LeSuer
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
