00-14 - 03-06 - Approve Plat - Animal Humane Society PUD #84 Resolution 00-14 March 6, 2000
Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT -ANIMAL HUMANE SOCIETY P.U.D. NO. 84
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as ANIMAL
HUMANE SOCIETY P.U.D. NO. 84 covering the following described tracts of land:
Lot 4, Block 1, NORTH WIRTH 4T" ADDITION, according to the recorded plat
thereof, (The registered portion being: That part of said Lot 4 embraced within the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 29, Range 24.)
AND
That part of Lot 360 lying Southerly of the extension westerly of the southerly line of
Lot 362 to a point on the Northwesterly side lot line of Lot 360, all in "GLENWOOD",
according to the recorded plat thereof;
Together with that part of the West half of the vacated alley dedicated in the plat of
"GLENWOOD" which lies between the easterly extension of the south line of said
Lot 360 and the south line of Lot 4, Block 1, NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY 4T"
ADDITION.
Together with that part of the East half of vacated Sunnyridge Lane North, dedicated
in the plat of "GLENWOOD" as Archibald Avenue, which lies northerly of the
westerly extension of said south line of Lot 360.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bakken
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer, and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
