00-21 0 04-04 - Designating Acting City Clerk Resolution 00-21 April 4, 2000
Member Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN ACTING CITY CLERK
WHEREAS the City Clerk is designated to sign documents on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS in the absence of the City Clerk there are occasions in which said
documents need to be signed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley that in the absence of the City Clerk, Don Taylor is designated as Acting City Clerk,
and is authorized to sign documents as the City Clerk.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member LeSuer
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer, and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
